Travel Fees:

At Latte Booth, we bring our premium espresso bar experience directly to your event, wherever it is. Our travel fees are provided at cost - they cover the drive, fuel, vehicle maintenance and staff time it takes to get your bar and baristas to you. In many areas we subsidize a portion of that cost, so you get the best value from the experience.

Ontario - served from Toronto:

  • Toronto, south of Highway 401 (including downtown and East York): No fee (FREE)

  • North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough (north of the 401): $59

  • Mississauga, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Markham, Richmond Hill, Ajax: $89

  • Pickering: $99

  • Oakville: $109

  • Brampton: $119

  • Milton: $129

  • Burlington, Whitby, Oshawa, Stouffville, Aurora, Bolton: $139

  • Newmarket, East Gwillimbury, Bradford: $149

  • Hamilton, Dundas, Ancaster, Stoney Creek, Schomberg: $179

  • Guelph: $199

  • Cambridge: $209

Alberta - served in Calgary:

Calgary events are served by a dedicated team we bring in for your date, so travel works differently here. Instead of a distance-based fee, a satellite fee is charged per event day, at cost, covering the team's travel and on-site time.

  • Peak season (June, July, August, and December 14 - January 5): $339 per event day

  • Rest of the year: $279 per event day

  • Outside Calgary: An additional $1 per kilometre round-trip from downtown Calgary applies. Our team confirms the exact amount with you before anything is charged.

  • Service minimum: Calgary bookings are subject to a minimum of $2,000 for a single-day event, or $1,500 per event day for multi-day events.

Quebec - served in Montreal:

Montreal events are served by a dedicated team we bring in for your date. As in Calgary, a satellite fee is charged per event day, at cost.

  • Peak season (June, July, August, and December 14 - January 5): $599 per event day

  • Rest of the year: $499 per event day

  • Outside Montreal: An additional $1 per kilometre round-trip from downtown Montreal applies. Our team confirms the exact amount with you before anything is charged.

  • Service minimum: Montreal bookings are subject to a minimum of $2,000 for a single-day event, or $1,500 per event day for multi-day events.

A few notes:

  • Travel is charged per event day. Our team returns to base each night, so a multi-day booking carries the travel fee for each day.

  • Fees are at cost. In several areas - including Mississauga, Vaughan and Etobicoke - we subsidize part of the real cost to keep the experience accessible.

  • Nothing is a surprise. Your quote shows your travel fee before you book, and anything we need to confirm is agreed with you before your card is charged.
